Legally Binding Agreement
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
- "Insurenav", "we", "us", "our" means Insurenav Inc., a corporation incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
- "Platform" means the Insurenav website, mobile interface, merchant dashboard, AI document analysis module, and related services.
- "User" means any individual accessing or using the Platform.
- "Merchant" means any business or practitioner claiming or managing a listing on the Platform.
- "Content" means information, reviews, documents, or data submitted or displayed.
- "Services" refers to search, AI-assisted policy interpretation, merchant listings, user accounts, or any feature offered through the Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.
- If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a business (e.g., a clinic), you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to this Agreement.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if:
- You are at least 16 years old, and
- Legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Merchants must additionally:
- Hold valid business licenses required by local agencies
- Provide accurate practitioner credentials
Insurenav reserves the right to verify eligibility.
4. Platform Purpose and Limitations
Insurenav is not a healthcare provider and does not offer:
- Medical diagnosis
- Medical advice
- Clinical recommendations
- Coverage guarantees
- Legal or financial decisions
The Platform provides:
- Search results for insurance-eligible services
- AI-assisted extraction of insurance policy information
- Merchant profile display
- Appointment links (when provided by merchants)
All decisions regarding healthcare, insurance claims, or financial matters remain solely your responsibility.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not misuse, manipulate, or falsify documents
- Not upload documents that belong to another person without consent
- Use AI outputs only as general informational summaries
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform
- Not attempt unauthorized access or scraping
Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs or merchant information.
6. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants agree to:
- Provide accurate business information (name, address, hours)
- Provide accurate insurance and direct billing information
- Ensure practitioner licenses are valid and up to date
- Update any changes promptly
- Not upload false certifications or misleading content
Merchants acknowledge that inaccurate information may:
- Mislead users
- Cause coverage loss
- Result in account suspension
7. AI Document Processing
You acknowledge the following:
- AI extracts information based solely on the text visible in your uploaded insurance documents.
- AI outputs are summaries, not legal interpretations.
- Insurenav does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
- You must confirm all coverage details directly through your insurer.
Insurenav is not liable for:
- Incorrect AI interpretations
- Incomplete or unclear scanned documents
- Differences from insurer-provided benefits
8. No Professional Advice
All services on the Platform are informational only.
Insurenav does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Insurance advice
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Claims decision-making
Use of the Platform does not replace consultation with:
- Licensed healthcare providers
- Insurers
- Accountants
- Lawyers
9. No Guarantee of Insurance Coverage
Insurenav does not guarantee:
- That a service will be reimbursed
- That an insurer will accept a claim
- That a merchant's direct billing information is correct
- That the user's insurance is active or valid
Coverage decisions remain solely with the insurer.
10. Merchant Listings and Accuracy
Merchant data may be:
- Submitted by merchants
- Edited by merchants
- Collected from public sources
- Automatically processed
Insurenav does not guarantee the accuracy of:
- Merchant availability
- Prices
- Credentials
- Coverage
- Appointment information
You are responsible for verifying details directly with the merchant before using any service.
11. Account Management
You agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Not share your account with others
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Policy violation
- False information
- Abuse or harassment
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Scrape data
- Harvest merchant information
- Use bots or crawlers
- Upload malware
- Attack or overload the platform
- Misuse AI outputs
- Impersonate another person
- Use the system for commercial resale
Violations may result in:
- Permanent account removal
- Legal action
- Civil damages
13. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including:
- Logo
- Design
- Text
- Icons
- Database
- Merchant mapping logic
- AI workflow structures
…is owned or licensed by Insurenav.
Users and merchants may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reproduce
- Reverse-engineer
…any portion of the Platform without written consent.
14. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate:
- Google Maps
- External booking sites
- Insurance-related information
- Payment processors
We are not responsible for:
- Downtime
- Errors
- Misconduct
- Data breaches
- Policies of those third parties
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
Insurenav disclaims:
- All warranties, express or implied
- Accuracy guarantees
- Continuous availability
- Error-free functionality
- Merchant truthfulness
- AI interpretation accuracy
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Insurenav is not liable for:
- Lost insurance claims
- Incorrect AI summaries
- Merchant misconduct
- Incorrect merchant listings
- Business losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Data loss
- Downtime or service interruption
Maximum liability is limited to:
The amount you paid to Insurenav in the past 12 months.

17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insurenav from any claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Platform
- False or misleading information
- Uploaded documents
- Merchant data inaccuracies
- Violations of these Terms
This includes costs, damages, and legal fees.
18. Termination
Insurenav may suspend or terminate your:
- User account
- Merchant account
- Platform access
…at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination:
- Your access rights end immediately
- Some data may be retained as required by law
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
British Columbia, Canada
All disputes must be resolved exclusively in:
Courts of British Columbia
20. Changes to These Terms
Insurenav may revise these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Platform = acceptance of the new Terms.
